Access plan

• Exit nr. 21, direction BALLON/BEAUMONT.
• At the roundabout, take the direction of BALLON.
• After 800 m, on the right, direction le Boulay.
• In le Boulay, first on the right direction St JEAN D’ASSE (bridge).
• After 1,6 km on the left, Domaine LE SABLON.

From the A11:

• Exit nr.7 Le Mans Nord
• Take the secondary road 338 direction ALENCON until St JEAN D’ASSE
• Do not enter in the village on the left, remain on the secondary road.
• Cross St JEAN D’ASSE on the D338 and take the small first road on the right, at the exit of the village after the garage.
• After 3,2 km on the right, Domaine LE SABLON.
